About

My name is Lauren, and I am a woman in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol. For years, addiction took more from me than I ever thought I could get back. But recovery gave me something bigger than my past: a second chance, a clear mind, and a purpose that refuses to let me quit on myself or anyone else.
Oasis Sober Living was created from that purpose.
I built this home because I know firsthand what it feels like to be lost, scared, starting over, and unsure if life can ever get good again. I also know what it feels like when another woman looks you in the eyes and says, “You can do this.” That moment changed my life, and now I get to pass it forward every single day.
Here, women are met with structure, support, accountability, and real community. Recovery isn’t just about not using. It’s about rebuilding your confidence, finding stability, creating routines, and learning how to love the version of yourself you’re becoming.
This isn’t just a sober living to me. It’s personal. It’s my calling. It’s proof that healing is real, and that women can rise, rebuild, and thrive no matter where they came from.
If you’re ready for a fresh start, a safe place, and people who genuinely care, Oasis is here for you. I know because it’s the home I wish I had when I was trying to save my own life.
